Excursion Registration – Weekly Programme: No later than 1 day before the event
Excursion Registration – Annual Programme: No later than 3 days before the event
Multi-Day Trip Registration: No later than 25 days before the event
You may register in writing, on the telephone or in person. Your registration is considered binding upon receipt of your booking confirmation and/or when multi-day trips are paid for and our travel conditions are accepted. You will be informed of the departure times and meeting points either on the booking confirmation or in person/on the telephone.
The services outlined in your travel itinerary are included in the price. Overnight accommodation in a double room is included in the price of multi-day trips. All services not mentioned (e.g.: single-room surcharge, meals etc.) are not included in the price. Not all drinks are included in the price of meals. We reserve the right to make changes if they are required on technical grounds. Customers will be informed of these changes before departure.
Minimum Number of Passengers:
The minimum number of passengers for our trips is 20. If this number is not reached, your trip will be cancelled and all payments you have already made will be refunded.
Methods of Payment:
You can either transfer the money to us before departure or pay on the day on the coach. If you register for a multi-day trip, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is payable. The outstanding amount is payable no later than three days before departure.
Excursions booked from our weekly programme may be cancelled free of charge up to one days before departure, by no later than 10am on that day.
Excursions and coach tours from the annual programme are subject to the following cancellation conditions:
up to 25 days before departure: no fee
between 24 and 20 days before departure: 15% of the total cost of the trip
between 19 and 15 days before departure: 60% of the total cost of the trip
between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of the total cost of the trip
6 days or less before departure: 100% of the total cost of the trip
The multi-day trips are carried out in cooperation with a travel agent. All explanations and guided tours are given in German. For each journey, you will require a valid identity card or passport. Each passenger is responsible for adhering to all regulations.
Important: When registering, please provide the correct name as stated in the travel documents you will be using for this journey. We accept no liability if the name you give when you register does not match up with that in your travel documents.
